Withdrawal notice

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify HB Capital UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Rechbergstrasse 28, 70794 Filderstadt, Germany, email: contact@hb-capital.app, by an unequivocal statement of the decision to withdraw. A letter or email is sufficient. The model form below may be used but is not mandatory.

Sending the notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

If the contract is withdrawn, HB Capital will reimburse payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving the withdrawal notice. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement uses the same payment method as the original payment and does not incur reimbursement fees.

If the customer expressly requested that the digital service begin during the withdrawal period, the customer must pay an amount proportionate to the service supplied up to receipt of the withdrawal notice compared with the full contractual service.
