Cancel subscription
Markets cancellation
A Markets subscription can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current paid billing period. There is no additional cancellation fee. Paid access remains available until the effective cancellation date.
Cancel through billing management
Sign in with the email address used for the subscription, open your account profile, and choose Manage billing. Stripe will show the effective cancellation date and send confirmation after completion.
Continue to cancellationIf you cannot access the account
Email contact@hb-capital.app with the subject “Cancel Markets”. Use the subscription email address and state the requested cancellation date. Do not include payment-card information. HB Capital will confirm receipt and the effective cancellation date by email.
Send cancellation emailWithdrawal is separate
Consumers who are still within the statutory withdrawal period can use the separate withdrawal process instead of ordinary cancellation.
